Description:	A leading city based investment bank are currently looking to recruit a senior global VP to be the face and voice of this department in the industry. The successful candidates will carry out the following duties: * You will be the global technical "go to" person with the ability to close out all process, operational, industry and technical questions raised from all areas of the bank including: legal, trading and sales. * The global representative and therefore voice and reputation of my client at the credit implementation group(CIG). * Maintain a strong working relationship with trading, sales and business management, providing regular and timely reports. You will have: * Proven experience in OTC derivative operations. * Proven experience in OTC credit derivatives operations. * Proven ability to manage operational processes, change initiation and management aswell as internal and external collaboration. * Exceptional product knowledge of credit products work. * ISDA definition and application * Full understanding of all CDS products including CDO * Full understanding of UCITS * Full understanding of DS matching ( DTCC) essential * Ability to draft bespoke MCAs * Ability to answer technical questions and negotiate MCA executions with dealers and clients.
