Description:	We are currently recruiting for 2 banks and 1 systems house who are looking for knowledgeable and experienced Equity Finance specialists primarily from an Operations Change Management perspective. The investment banks are wanting to develop dedicated change management teams which will have detailed understanding of trade flows from front to back for products including Portfolio Swaps, Synthetics, CFDs etc. They are looking to achieve their ambitious, if not aggressive targets for the coming year, which will largely come from their synthetics and stock lending businesses. The structure will need to be developed from scratch, requiring Programme Directors, Programme Managers, Project Managers and Business Analysts. They look to combine permanent staff and contractors. These are deeply strategic roles that will go beyond the decommissioning and implementation of systems. It will be a radical overhaul of all the processes employed in the business, IT and operations. The final opportunity we have is for a systems house that provides an IT solution for the equity finance businesses for operations. These roles will be centred around a systems implementation business analysis position, implementing the solution from a functional rather than IT perspective.
