Description:	We are working on behalf of 2 very large European "bulge bracket" Banks, one based in the City and one based in Docklands, London. Both organsiations have committed to a large scale overhaul of their payments, cash control and funding systems from an IT and process perspective. They are looking for synergies across their groups to deliver significant cost savings to all sections of operations. For our Docklands based clients we are looking for a Programme Lead . Head of Operations Change who can deliver Global Projects. Ideally but not exclusively from a treasury change background, we need a Director level applicant to manage 12 people in London and a total of 17 globally. Applicants should ideally have aan operations background prior to working in Operations Change Management. Investment banking experience essential. For our City based client we are looking for a Programme Manager at Senior VP level more focused on the Operations and Finance Change Management Cash Control side of the Treasury Operations Business. Also they are looking for a PMO to contract at AVP level, and Lead / Senior Business Analysts to contract as SME's in the Cash Control Treasury Ops and Finance Change world. All must have good treasury experience. Both organizations have excellent benefits packages and are competitive in terms of Contractor Rates. Both have their advantages and unique selling points.
