This European City based investment bank has proved extremely resilient to
the market conditions of the last few years, giving them a strong platform for
growth. As part of this continued development they have a dedicated operations
change management group focused on OTC derivative operations. This team delivers
a range of strategic and tactical process or system solutions for the OTC
Derivative Operations teams.
A number of positions have arisen within this team due to internal mobility
moves and promotions. They are looking for a Programme Director to run the group
(Director level hire), a Programme Manager of the OTC ISDA Documentation piece
(VP level), a Programme Manager to provde a complete rewriting of their
Settlements engine across all products and a Programme Manager to run the MIS
change piece (VP Level).
To apply you must be able to demonstrate the following:
1. Excellent understanding of OTC derivative products
2. Thorough understanding of the operational processes for the above asset
classes
3. Excellent project methodology, discipline and governance skills gained
from either a management consultancy or operations change management group in a
leading name investment bank
4. Strong track record of academic achievement
5. Proven successful delivery of large high profile programmes of change in
investment bank operations
6. Experience of off shoring projects
