Description:	Our client is a global banking form based in London Docklands. Having been a major player in the global custody business for many years, they are now developing a comprehensive Prime Services offering. To assist with the development of this business they are looking for VP-level Project Managers/Business Analysts with business development experience in the following areas: • Equity Financing – Stock Lending and Rehypothecation. • Client Onboarding • Clearing and Settlements • Collateral Management for cash equity products • Corporate Actions These roles will involve detailed business analysis and planning combined with some project management to ensure that the correct mix of functions is implemented in a timely manner. Applicants should be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience: Proven business analysis, testing and implementation experience in the Prime Brokerage space. Excellent business writing and documentation skills for the production of project documents and business procedures. The ability to coordinate a wide range of stakeholders to progress projects. Excellent communications skills. Qualification in a recognised project management framework is desirable. These are contract roles but there are likely to be opportunities to convert to permanent employment as this business unit develops.
